Limited time offer. Offer ends 7/31/2019. As a condition of participation, all customers participating in the Program must agree to the rules of the Program. At any time and without notice, Northland reserves the right to modify the Program, to suspend participation from any customer whose actions are deemed to be in violation of the Program, to change the Program, or to cancel the Program. Other restrictions may apply.
Only residential customers, in good standing, that subscribe to at least one Northland offered service are eligible (an “Eligible Customer”) to receive a referral credit equal to such referring customer’s then current monthly invoice up to $50 (“Referral Credit”) for each referral that results in the successful installation of at least one new Northland offered service. A customer in good standing is defined as having no current past due balance and is in compliance with all terms and conditions of service. New Customer must remain a customer in good standing at least 90 consecutive days following activation for referring c Eligible Customer to receive a new customer credit equal to such new customer’s first monthly invoice up to $50 (“New Customer Credit”). To receive Referral Credit, Eligible Customer must comply with application instructions found at Northland’s Refer a Friend portal located at https://www.yournorthland.com/referafriend/. Application by any other means will not be accepted.
Maximum of one Referral Credit per month per Eligible Customer not to exceed $300 per year. For example, if an Eligible Customer refers six eligible New Customers, referring customer will receive one Referral Credit per month for 6 months. Referral Credit or New Customer Credit shall not exceed such customer’s monthly invoice. Excess amounts shall not roll-over to the next month and if not used, in whole or part, during the month granted shall expire. Referral Credit and New Customer Credit expire and are revoked in the event of an interruption of service due to cancellation or termination for violation of terms and conditions of service prior to issuance of Credit. Referral Credits and New Customer Credits may not be transferred or redeemed for cash. Referral Credits and New Customer Credits have no cash value.
New Customer must remain a customer in good standing at least 90 consecutive days following activation to receive New Customer Credit. If multiple referrals are received for the same customer, first to refer shall receive the Referral Credit. Referral Credit and New Customer Credit not available where New Customer has been disconnected within the prior six-months for non-payment or violation of the terms and conditions of service.
