"Please let who ever is in charge of the internet assistance know that we were having trouble with our internet service and was assisted by Jessica. She was so wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. she was in the level 2 internet assistance we were referred to. You are blessed to have someone of her caliber and friendliness working for your company. I cannot say enough for her help of fixing what an earlier tech had done. "I was especially impressed with Ken, the engineer that came out for the installation. I’ve got a somewhat complex setup with numerous routers, VOIP, and cellular bridges that we had to take into account and Ken worked with me to brainstorm the best configurations. The Northland Cable of today is a different company than it was just 3 years ago and it’s people like you and Ken that have turned it into a company that Greenwood can be proud of.

"Due to a severe storm about 10 days ago, I was without cable service for 7-8 days. Then yesterday a technician came over, installed a new box, got me up and running again. Tonight the service went out once more, leaving me (I thought) without service until next week. As I am ill and in bed most of the time, this was very disturbing, not to have TV to entertain me. However, I called in with the problem at 7:30 p.m., and the very same technician soon returned my call. Imagine my shock, my joy, when this dedicated man said he'd come right over, which he did. He said he rushed over because "I know the problems you've had and how ill you are." The man's name is Larry Baggett and I believe he deserves the highest commendation for taking the time on a Friday night to help me out like this. Larry is a prime example of why I stick with Northland, and probably always will. I also advise others to do the same, and to forget about switching to inept, uncaring, non-local companies like Time-Warner and DISH. Northland Cable: a great staff, from the local manager to the in-office clerks to the field techs like Larry Baggett. Please see that this message of deep appreciation reaches not only the local manager but also the home office. "

"Just a whole bunch of kudos to your excellent tech support team. Having gotten a new Droid phone through Verizon, I needed help getting the email to work the way I want it to. Irvin in your Level 2 tech support section did an outstanding job of walking me through the solution--after I had spent 2 hours in the Verizon Store, 2 hours on line with Verizon and LG. They all said they had never heard of my problem and had no solutions. But Irvin did! Thanks for such wonderful support. "
