Northland Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions
The following rates and terms are effective for subscribers under a promotional price plan for service commencing on or after January 1, 2012. Terms and conditions for prior promotions are available on request from your local office. Please check with your local Northland office for additional details and service areas. Promotions may be updated periodically without notice.
Triple Play $99 – Per month for six months, then $111 locked rate for eighteen months.

Refer a Friend
Expires 1/1/13. Referred must be a new customer in good standing. Credit has no cash value, and may only be used as a payment for Northland services. Credit may take up to two billing cycles to credit account. Referring account balance must be current to qualify. Credit applied after referred account balance is paid in full. Other restrictions may apply.
OTHER INFORMATION
Offers of "Unlimited US/Canada Calling"
Northland Communication's ("Northland") offers of unlimited calling are valid for a limited period of time and subject to these terms and conditions. Northland reserves the right to end, extend or change the offer at any time, in its sole discretion, and to amend these terms conditions from time to time as it deems necessary.
Your subscription to Northland Home Phone service with Unlimited US/Canada long distance (the "Service") allows you to place calls to locations in the U.S. and Canada; however, Northland asks that you use the Service fairly and sensibly, for your regular communication purposes, and that you don't abuse the offer in any way. Northland reminds you that your account is for your personal use only and, without limiting the foregoing, that you must not allow anyone else to use your account to make calls. You are responsible for all calls that are made using your account. You are also not allowed to resell the Service or other types of Voice Over Internet Protocol service.
If Northland, in its sole discretion, sees excessive use or systematic or intentional misuse of the Service, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately. Without limited the foregoing, Northland will permanently suspend your account if somebody else uses your account to make calls. Suspension or termination for abuse or misuse of the Service shall not entitle you to a refund of any payments made for Service.
In addition to these terms and conditions, your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Northland Cable Television and Internet Services - Subscriber Agreement and the Northland Cable Television Subscriber Agreement - Digital Phone Addendum, each of which may be amended from time to time in Northland's sole discretion.
