December 1, 2011 Dear Northland Video Customer: This notice is to inform you that Northland Communications is currently negotiating with local broadcast stations and several national program networks across the country that may be carried on our cable television system in your area. Northland’s current right to carry certain of the local broadcast stations and national program networks expires on December 31, 2011. In the event that the parties are unable to reach an agreement for continued carriage, Northland may be required to change its channel line-up without further notice. If this happens with one or more broadcast stations or networks, we will make every reasonable effort to provide you the details as soon as they are available.
